The products that will be purchased will be used according to the Drone Policy specified by Government of India and the DGCA regulations. The customer will ensure that the product/goods is not misused or mishandled and it will always remain in compliance with all the legal and civil laws under the Government of India and under the respective State Government regulations applicable for the end use of the product. The customer shall read the Drone Policy specified by the Government of India and DGCA and the customer should be aware of all the provisions and regulations to be followed for use of the product.
The customer hereby repays a2zRC, against any responsibilities or liabilities for the end use of the product. The customer will confirm that The customer will hereby authorize a2zRC to share the purchase information with any government agency whenever any information is requested by the government agency. The customer confirms a2zRC and also its employees that they will not be held liable in any way for any damage or liability that will arise due to the use of the products supplied against order.
